　　THIS JOB IS A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY TO:

　　Combine technical expertise in Esko software, hardware, and platemaking processes with strong sales and marketing skills. You will provide onsite training and consulting to clients, support the sales team with demos and benchmarks, and identify new business opportunities. You will also create marketing materials, develop sales tools, and represent Esko at industry events.

　　WITHIN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:

　　Provide the following:

　　Technical Support & Training:

　　Provide onsite training and consulting on Esko digital flexo-press optimization, platemaking calibrations, flexo-imaging, exposure devices, flexo-software, and printing applications.

　　Support and upgrade assigned Esko software.

　　Provide expert-level consulting on technological improvements for software, hardware, plates, color, and printing presses.

　　Assist customers and internal staff with platemaking processes, Esko screening, and color applications.

　　Sales & Marketing Support:

　　Support all company marketing plans.

　　Provide on-site consulting to ensure client satisfaction and offer technical guidance on hardware/software configurations and support issues.

　　Identify and establish new business through technical knowledge, sales skills, and collaboration.

　　Represent Esko at flexo-related trade shows and conferences.

　　Content Creation & Development:

　　Create videos, newsletters, and competitive intelligence playbooks.

　　Develop use cases, win cases, and sales tools (value propositions, features & benefits, ROIs).

　　Update presentations on the Esko technology roadmap.

　　Additional Responsibilities:

　　Manage and qualify sales leads.

　　Create and maintain a prospect database in SFDC.

　　Collaborate with marketing, product management, and channel teams on various initiatives.

　　Work with the reseller team to plan and supervise demos.

　　Ability to travel up to 60% to customer sites or organization events.

　　Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred

　　YOUR EDUCATION AND BACKGROUND EXPERIENCE WILL INCLUDE:

　　An associates or bachelor’s degree in the field of Graphics Arts, Structural Design or Printing plus a minimum of 1 year experience in the industry or the equivalent in knowledge and experience

　　Business experience in graphic or structural design with limited knowledge of a few of the Esko (e.g., Automation Engine, ArtiosCAD, Studio, Editors, Color Engine, WebCenter, etc.) software solutions and design applications

　　Elementary understanding of print industry, with a focus on packaging, commercial print, sign & display industries

　　The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $80-85K. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

　　This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
