Follow Us on LinkedIn: Donaldson is seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Agile Lead responsible for supporting internal and external digital transformation initiatives on agile projects, initially focused on Sales CRM products. As an Agile Lead responsible for creating and developing a highly productive Agile culture, this position will help champion and train analysts, engineers, developers, information technology SMEs, and other professionals on all things Agile, including best use of collaboration tools and deployment techniques. As a Scrum Master you will champion Agile principles, guide teams through sprints, and ensure seamless collaboration to drive innovation. You will foster a culture of continuous improvement within the product teams and deliver cutting edge solutions that redefine our technological landscape. Responsible for running one or more agile product teams which includes software developers, solution architects, analysts and a product owner, as well as support and coordinate an extended team of adhoc contributors. Teach and mentor Agile resources on how to build, sustain, and strengthen Agile values, scrum concepts and practices, providing them the necessary tools and guidance to successfully implement across Agile teams. Drive consistent Agile practices and strategy within the team to enhance business value delivery and responsiveness to organization and marketplace opportunities. Grow trust by monitoring the health of the collective team, checking that our commitments, pace, and quality are on track with organizational standards, and provide metrics and team health status to senior management. Advise Agile team members in their communications and process activities while nurturing their ability to serve Ensure appropriate risk management and control practices are integrated into the lifecycle of Agile initiatives Act as an agent of change leveraging your Agile acumen to improve the systems development process. Facilitate the creation of the Team Agreement, Definition of Ready and Definition of Done. Establishes backlog refinement and planning processes as needed to ensure that the right capabilities are developed. Facilitate sprint planning, release planning, daily stand-ups, stakeholder demos, and sprint retrospectives. Remove impediments/blockers in order to keep teams highly productive. Identify and manage dependencies with other internal or external teams, agile or traditional. Provide support to the team using servant leadership and leading by example. Build a trusting and safe environment for the teams to express themselves freely, collaborate and experiment. Work with stakeholders in effective approaches for gathering and prioritizing requirements, modeling use cases, writing user stories and documenting business processes. Minimum Qualifications: 5+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in agile product delivery leading distributed teams to deliver successful global solutions supporting B2B Sales and Marketing operations. 3+ years of CRM/CXM experience in product teams focused on process and system design and management preferably utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE CRM. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required in a relevant field, preferably Information Technology, Business, Management or industry-related curriculum. Preferred Experience: Strong understanding of Agile and DevOps operating models including Scrum, Kanban, Scrum of Scrums and SAFe, delivering timeboxed functional features driving towards Continuous Improvement/Continuous Delivery. Experience working within GDPR and similar compliance frameworks to safeguard individual consent and protect personal data. Certification or other qualifications for Scrum Framework, Kanban, etc. from e.g. Scrum Alliance, PMI or other industry recognized accreditation body. 3rd party and offshore Vendor Management experience including contracting, financial management and performance review against value-based delivery objectives. Demonstrable knowledge of application architecture, data architecture, application development and configuration with experience in large-scale application integration efforts. Experience integrating and working with Adobe Marketo, Oracle EBS, OneTrust solutions. Change Management or Operation Excellence background. Come make a World of Difference!
