The Fire Client Service Administrator coordinates all activity between customer and field branches and works with Client Service Managers, Operations Managers, and other Operations personnel to ensure contract and fire code requirements are met.

As a Client Service Administrator, you will:

Work in SAP and 3rd party customer portals to process service work orders

Obtain and process purchase orders to ensure Finance has necessary documentation for invoicing

Work with Sales, Finance and Operations teams

Work with branches and team to facilitate completion of customers work orders and timely inspections are performed

Review inspection reports for errors

Track service calls and proposals

Y ou will make an impact with these qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma or state-recognized GED

Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

5% travel

Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

1-2 years of experience and technical proficiency in the Fire Alarm Service industry or a related service industry

1-2 years of experience in a remote position

The pay range for this position is $39,200 - $67,200. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
