　　Job Description:

　　Work with various equipment to perform the following functions:Mask… using proper protective tape to mask and unmask per work instruction.

　　Sand... using proper equipment (Da or dotco sanding equipment) and appropriate sandpaper grit according surface preparation

　　Fill … mix and apply various sealants and adhesives and ensure integrity per work instruction (process standards)

　　Observe industry best practices for FOD, 5S, and material handling controls.

　　Ensure that you are following all safety requirements/PPE…such as safety glasses, steel toe shoes and face mask at all time

　　Promote and facilitate lean manufacturing principles within an environment of continuous improvement.

　　Maintain accurate records and manufacturing documentation.

　　Ensure that all shop instruments and materials used are within calibration due dates

　　Initiates proper procedures in coating materials to various surfaces spraying

　　Takes measures to ensure item is properly coated and meets surface protection requirements

　　Read and understand detailed blue prints and operation sheets

　　Exceptional organizational skills & ability to manage multiple projects and assignment

　　Strong communication skills: interpersonal, presentation, oral and written

　　Qualifications:

　　Requires minimal job knowledge/skills. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.

　　Be able to read and understand work instructions in English
