In the role of Account Rep IV in the Clinical Practice Servicesdepartment, you will provide guidance to determine appropriateallocation of payments, rejection, adjustments, claims submissionsand/or follow-up. Train team members and monitor for accuracy andefficiency. Identify, analyze and recommend solutions to billing issues.Assist in team planning, goal setting and meeting productivitydeadlines. Ensure protocols and training materials are current.Responsibilities * Provide training for Account Representative IIIpositions. Monitor and identify issues to improve performance andefficiency. * Act as top tier for team escalation issues and resolve intimely manner. * Give written and oral presentation of new and updatedinformation. * Compile statistics and summarize data for team, payers,and special projects. * Utilize data to make recommendations to resolveissues and to assist in established goals. * Complete special projectsas assigned by Supervisor. Knowledge - Skills - Abilities Knowledge ofquality control, customer service standards, information management,procedural process, and recordkeeping. Computer, technical,interpersonal, oral communication, listening, and patience skills.Preferred Schedule: Position Requirements: Minimum Qualifications:Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalentbasis.
