Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Financial Reporting Analyst in our Real Estate team. As a Financial Reporting Analyst, you will play a crucial role in the preparation and analysis of financial and investor reports, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual financial statements for investors, adhering to GAAP guidelines.

• Coordinate the preparation of SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-Ks, and supporting schedules.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for financial reporting processes, including automation and system enhancements.

• Facilitate smooth and efficient annual audit processes through collaboration with external auditors.

• Strengthen relationships with stakeholders across departments, serving as a liaison between reporting and other business segments.

• Collaborate with marketing, portfolio oversight, and due diligence teams to prepare and analyze disclosures of portfolio metrics.

• Participate in training programs and opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Assist in technical accounting research related to the application and disclosure of accounting pronouncements and SEC guidance. Requirements • Proficiency in business systems

• Experience with Confluence

• Familiarity with CRM

• Knowledge in Crystal Reports

• Ability to use data mining techniques

• Experience with About Time software

• Understanding of accounting functions

• Skills in auditing

• Knowledge of budget processes

• Experience in capital management

• Familiarity with Form 10-K

• Understanding of Form 10-Q

• Knowledge in Form 8-K

• Experience with SEC filings

• Proficiency in SEC Financial Reporting

• Experience working in a public company

• Familiarity with public company reporting
