We strive for all of our associates tofeel welcome and empowered at work.As a Financial Analyst I, you will:Work with and through others, building and maintaining relationships.Operate as an effective communicator, who is able to stimulate and motivateothers while being aware of and responsive to their needs and concerns.Detail work is a major focus of the job, and those details need to behandled quickly, correctly, and efficiently and working within establishedguidelines.Be an active participant in maintaining guidelines, structure, andestablished policies as you work with and for others.Analyze and maintain revenue, cost performance measurement baselines andvariance analyses. Communicate revenue/cost trends and quantifies formanagement attention/action.Track, understand and forecasts monthly financial results and keyperformance indicators based on historical trends.Prepare month-end and year-to-date comparison of operating results with prioryear and annual budget to be used in management reviews and strategic businessanalysis sessions. Reviews performance of previous month within two weeks ofmonth previous close.Participate in analyst team meetings, Flash, Close, Monthly and Boardreports, Quarterly and Annual Reports.Work with accounting to manage accruals and other journal entries during monthend close process.Maintain current knowledge and consistent compliance with regulations and bankpolicies and procedures related to the position, including but not limitedto Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)requirements.

Analyzes and reports risks and opportunities for improvement inboth Line of Business and Shared Service units.Support the budgeting and forecasting processes.Provide primary financial liaison support between the organizations and theFinance department on specific accounting and finance issues. Communicatewith stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.Coordinate development of strategic plans and business cases using appropriatefinancial indices. Runs business case and ad hoc financial analyses and makesrecommendations regarding funding and cost management as requested.Minimum Requirements:This position requires the following educationaland/or job experience: 1+ years of relevant job experience related toproducing/analyzing/reviewing data analytics.Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related fieldor equivalent combination of education and related work experience.Ability to prepare financial statements and explain resultsExperience with Hyperion software.Proficient in MS Office applications which include Outlook, Word, Excel,and PowerPointPreferred Requirements:Advanced degree or certification related to field.3+ years of relevant job experience in risk-related field, bank regulatoryagency or consulting.Banking experienceDesired Skills: Ideal candidates for this position should possess some orall of the following skills:Identify key issues and relationships to achieve strategic goals and providethe leadership to ensure others achieve these goals on time.Strong knowledge of banking laws and regulations.Strong knowledge of bank accounting issues related to lending, includingallowance for loan and lease losses, troubled debt restructuring, impairedloan accounting, and regulatory financial reporting.Communicate a compelling vision and a sense of core purpose to inspire andmotivate staff to perform at their highest level.Clearly and enthusiastically, convey information and ideas in a manner thatengages and persuades shareholders.Well developed and proven...
