　　The Financial Planning & Analysis Manager will be responsible for supporting the FP&A Director, EME on all region related matters for forecasting, budgeting , actuals reporting as well as monthly reporting. The incumbent will be the direct , first line "go-to" person for the queries, relating to working capital items and central function costs coming from Corporate FP&A as well as EME Finance.

　　Your Impact

　　Help the FP&A Director in modeling and creating timely visibility to future Net Sales, Operating Profit, Earnings and INTTOTAL Cash Flow through identifying and assessing risks/opportunities to ensure the Company achieves financial objectives

　　Build an in-depth understanding of major entity's balance sheets

　　Direct Forecasting responsibility of the Region's Balance sheet with USD 6 billion size

　　Lead the variance analysis and understanding of fluctuations of Balance Sheet items

　　Your Experience and Qualifications

　　Understanding of balance sheet and cash flow in manufacturing environment

　　Bachelor Degree (preferably in Finance , Business Administration, Economics

　　5+ years of experience, most of which in international environment

　　Business fluency in English
