We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Finance Manager to join an industry-leading specialty distributor serving a multitude of customers throughout North America. With annual revenue experiencing robust, double-digit growth over the past three years, this organization is primed for continued success.

The Position Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, this cross-functional role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented finance professional ready to:

Develop and improve our forecasting process and analysis.

Manage volume/revenue forecasting in collaboration with Sales and Operations.

Be responsible for margin/pricing analysis and special projects.

Consolidate and analyze a multi-channel review of revenue results.

Ensure timely and accurate preparation of all financial reports/analysis.

Work on data cubes/financial management tools to optimize workflows.

Requirements

Key Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance; MBA is a plus.

5-7+ years of professional experience; exposure to a manufacturing or consumer packaged goods environment is a plus.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving capability.

Experience in financial report preparation, budgeting, and forecasting for a large organiziation.

Ability to utilize financial modeling, critical reasoning, and process analysis

Expertise in Microsoft Excel; SQL experience highly preferred.

Results-driven with excellent communication, and a disciplined work ethic.
