Job Description:Dynamo Technologies is seeking a Finanical Manager who will be primarily responsible for supporting HQ AFMC at WPAFB, OH.Duties/ ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management Support:Evaluate funding requirements for the POM, yearly budget, and funding execution plans.Analyze unfunded requirements processes for Operations and Maintenance (O&M), RDT&E, and procurement appropriation fund sources, ensuring accuracy and logical application.Conduct analysis using a working knowledge of appropriation law and proper use of various funds mandated through authorizations, appropriations, regulations, or other governance.Advisory and Assistance Support:Provide program analyses and support planning and programming activities for the HQ AFMC/A4/10 input to the Agile Combat Support (ACS) portfolio.Coordinate budget planning for assigned logistics systems, working with logistics systems integrators, funds resource branch, functional community, and service-providing program offices.Update the Command Management System (CMS).Perform program evaluation and analysis, including evaluating inputs to program documentation, identifying and developing program requirements, and assessing cost, schedule, technical, and program risks.Provide evaluation and recommendations for WSS requirements for CAM in the AFMC portfolio, considering risk weightings and preparing required documentation as part of the POM input.Assist in ensuring correct appropriation for systems and upgrades, utilizing a working knowledge of financial systems to determine funding status.Review and analyze program financial transactions in the Automated Business Services System (ABSS) or Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (CCaRS). Recommend updates or changes as required.Review and analyze data, making recommendations on whether contract award documentation complies with fiscal regulations and laws.Required Skills/Abilities:Possess a comprehensive understanding of AF Financial Management and AF enterprise financial processes outlined in applicable AF and DoD guidance and regulations.Working-level experience with the Automated Business Services System (ABSS) or Comprehensive Cost and Requirement System (CCaRS).Experience in supporting policy, procedures, program planning, implementation, coordination, and analysis.Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Experience managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines.Excellent communication, change management, planning, and prioritization skillsU.S. CitizenshipEducation and Experience:MA/MS degree with 10 years of experience in the relevant technical/professional discipline ORBA/BS degree with 12 years of experience in the relevant technical/professional discipline OR15 years of directly related experienceTravel Requirement:N/AClearance Requirement:Active Secret ClearanceDynamo is a full lifecycle digital transformation company providing best-in-class technology and mission support services to our clients.
