Citibank, N.A. seeks an Engineering Lead Analyst for its Irving, Texas location.

　　Duties: Provide support to application users for RLM (Release Lifecycle Management) and harness infrastructure as part of Application Release Automation Operation team. Analyze CAP (Corrective Action Plan) and RE (Risk Exception) and take actions to remediate as Risk and Control champion of team. Perform FID management and monitor compliance fulfillment as FID (Functional ID) owner. Perform observability configuration for monitoring and logging. Improve operation processes and identify opportunity for automation. Analyze day-to-day operations and maintain SLAs and SLOs for Application Release Automation Services. Write automation scripts and programs to improve efficiency of service. Define test suites to perform quality assurance of software delivery. Perform system analysis and keep all services as per banks standards to meet security compliance. Improve documentation and provide guidance to team members for best practices. Configure and tune observability platforms used to streamline alerting and proactively identify issues. Automate manual activities as new features are added to the platform, and ensure the platform functional test suite remains complete and runs efficiently by monitoring test reports, debugging and fixing failed tests and writing new unit and integration tests. Expand performance and load testing capabilities to better simulate real production use, by improving the tests and the available test data as well as ensuring tests represent real production behavior. Perform root cause analysis owning actionable follow-ups, and measure and optimize system performance by setting proper metrics and SLAs/SLOs. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

　　Requirements: Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or related technical field and 5 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience as an Engineering Lead Analyst, Middleware Infrastructure Specialist, Project Manager, Software Engineer, or related position involving developing and maintaining software applications. 5 years of experience must include: Investigating API issues with Java; Generating technical reports for analysis; Utilizing Linux for troubleshooting; Oracle SQL; Utilizing JIRA for technical projects and delivery via Scrum Agile framework.; Utilizing Confluence to create user guides; System Design to improve operational processes; and Agile Framework.
