Advisory Firm located in Midtown, Manhattan is seeking to hire a Temporary-to-Permanent Executive Assistant to add to their team! This position will support 3 high-performing executives with their ever-changing schedules, including the CEO, while also assisting the CEO with some personal tasks/coordination as well. Requiring 5 days/week on-site, this role will operate from 9am-5pm with availability after-hours as needed (mainly when one of the executives is traveling). The ideal candidate has excellent follow-up skills, is meticulously detail-oriented, and has a friendly and professional demeanor.
