We are seeking a Financial Counselor Transplantto: * Serve as the point of contact for the financial aspect oftransplant care, including government programs assistance, clarifyingtransplant benefits, and counseling regarding other costs related totransplant. * Gather all relevant information required to processfinancial assistance requests. Document all communication and follow upin the electronic medical record (EMR).
