About Financial Coordinator

Description

Key Responsibilities:

As a Non-Licensed Administrator, you will provide vital administrative and operational support to the team, utilizing specialized financial software systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

Money Movement Tasks: Logging into proprietary systems to initiate or verify transactions and process financial tasks requiring specialized training.

Adhoc/Data Entry: Completing various administrative tasks and maintaining accuracy in documentation.

Financial Document Management: Assisting with generating and reviewing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial documents.

Tax Law Research: Conducting research on various topics, including IRS tax codes, Form 1040 updates, and relevant information from IRS.gov.

Software Use: Navigating and operating systems such as Redtail, E-money (financial planning management software), and proprietary systems.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Required Skills:

Detail-Oriented: Ability to maintain precision and accuracy in financial data entry and research.

Excel Proficiency: Must possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills (testing will be required).

Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred (finance degree a plus but not required).

Preferred Experience:

Background in customer service or service-oriented roles.

Familiarity with financial industry terminology and processes.

Previous administrative experience in remote or hybrid environments.

Technology Skills: Experience with financial management tools like Redtail, E-money, and other proprietary platforms is strongly preferred. Training for specific systems will be provided.
