We have an exciting opportunity for a "Financial Controlling Specialist/Financial Analyst" role at our Gebze EA Plant. Reporting directly to the Head of Factory Financial Controlling, you will play a key role in our engineer-to-order business operations.

Improve performance controlling reporting efficiency and digitalization impact within the responsibility area.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, understand business requirements, and provide actionable insights.

Communicate complex financial concepts effectively to stakeholders.

Think beyond conventional means of financial controlling and inspire those around you.

What should you possess?

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics or a related field.

Minimum 3 years experience in a related field.

Proven experience in financial controlling, accounting, or a similar role, preferably in a factory controlling environment.

Strong data analysis skills with the ability to extract insights from complex financial data sets.

Proficiency in statistical analysis, mathematical modeling, and quantitative techniques. Technical knowledge and experience with automation tools (e.g., Python, Knime, SQL, Excel Macros) to streamline financial processes, demonstrated curiosity and a passion for learning, with an interest in emerging technologies like AI and machine learning for financial analysis, forecasting, and decision-making.

Advanced Excel skills and experience working with SAP (FI/CO, COPA. SD, MM PP would be an asset).

Ability to make accurate estimates and projections in an ever-increasing landscape of uncertainties, leveraging advanced analytical techniques and adapting to changing business conditions.

Fluent verbal communication skills in English are essential.
