Job Description

　　The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for helping business partners implement technology solutions in an efficient way by determining the requirements of a product, project or program, and communicating them clearly to development teams. The Business Systems Analyst provides general analytical support across the organization and can understand and articulate key business processes, business drivers, functionality, and requirements. They help craft the physical design to match functional requirements and use cases / user stories and assist with functional configuration, user testing and user training. They understand and communicate the impact of changes across key business processes and domains.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　* 7+ years Business Solutions Analysis/Financial experience, building highly transactional web, API and customer facing applications.

　　* Power BI

　　* Experience defining product and technology roadmaps and establishing an execution plan for digital products and platforms.

　　* Advanced skills in writing agile user stories for eCommerce capabilities

　　* Experience with Jira for backlog, task, test, and defect management

　　* Ability to break down complex work into iterative pieces of work for software development teams

　　* Experience with API design and testing

　　* Experience with Salesforce.com, SAP (ECC/S4 Hana), and cloud based tools (AWS, Azure) null
