POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES LendingResponsibilities Understand, educate, and advise members of all productsavailable. Complete application process and all necessary supportpaperwork within federal guidelines/timelines. Educate members on creditunion products and services by informing members of available financialservices including, but not limited to savings/checking accounts, CDs,IRA\'s, HSA\'s, credit cards, savings bonds, securities, safe depositboxes. General Responsibilities Create the Verve Experience by growingpositive relationships with members, representing Verve\'s brand, andliving our Patch Values. Promote cooperation with all team members toensure a team effort and prompt member service. Open member accounts andcomplete all necessary paperwork associated with the process. Answermembers\' general inquiries: account balances, rate information, hoursor operation, branch locations, ATMs, membership requirements, andproducts available. Investigate and correct errors on member accounts.Admit members to safe deposit vault (where applicable) . Send approval,denial and cancellation letters. Assist the Member Service Team asneeded. Maintain a professional image of the credit union with everyteam member and member interaction. Successfully register with theNationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry. Comply with all aspectsof BSA/AML and OFAC regulations as related to position. Yearlycompletion of all on-line compliance training as defined by Management.Attend required sales, services, and department training classes toenhance skill level. Demonstrate the Credit Union\'s philosophy in allinteractions and adhere to Patch Values with members, prospectivemembers, and team members. Foster and maintain an atmosphere ofsolutions, innovation, and continuous improvement. Additional duties asassigned. Qualifications EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE AA degree in BusinessAdministration or a financial field desirable or 1-2 years relevantexperience; equivalent education and experience will be considered.Previous sales experience required. Experience in financial lendingpreferred. KEY COMPETENCIES Excellent communication skills, proficientbusiness writing, good presentation and verbal ability to effectivelyrespond to members and co-workers.
