　　Position Responsibilities:

　　Business Growth

　　Provide creative and professional writing along with editing and proofreading support.

　　Share your ideas and collaborate with teams during brainstorming activities and solutions meetings.

　　Leverage sleuthing skills by researching market competition, customer goals and objectives in support of capture activities.

　　Exercise your creative side by developing organization charts and graphics.

　　Lead efforts to prepare business development contents.

　　Contribute to marketing and branding vision and how it relates to Growth Operations.

　　Support Avint contract actions to include, but not limited, to NDAs, TAs, subcontract agreements, subcontract development, coordinate contract modifications with delivery managers, and maintain update to date contract leger, and files.

　　Support the process of assessing contract documents for risks, facilitate changes with partners and delivery managers.

　　Demonstrates proficiency in managing a range of contracts administration matters.

　　Responsible for cradle to grave contracts administration including preparing and negotiation of the various contract types mentioned above.

　　Identify proposal compliance elements and ensure the requirements are adequately addressed, as well as conduct all pricing/quote requests and negotiations.

　　Provide business development support to include: lead pricing volume, serve as proposal coordinator, support proposal color reviews, and compliance activities.

　　Maintain contract files and other documentation.

　　Support and/or manage data calls related to pricing, labor category rate cards, resume submissions, past performance submissions and corporate information

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Excellent communication, organization, analytical skills and attention to detail.

　　Holds self and others accountable for ensuring that results are achieved; seizes opportunities to produce results with minimal supervision; takes action on items beyond formal job responsibility.

　　Decision making skills, and ability to challenge, negotiate, and influence.

　　1-2 years of professional experience preferred.

　　Must be a U.S. citizen.

　　Must be able to pass a background investigation prior to hire.

　　Proficient Microsoft Word skills required, advanced Word skills a plus.

　　Experience using Outlook required, Excel, and SharePoint experience a plus.

　　An English major, journalism or law degree and technical writing skills are highly desirable.
