　　Technology Services is looking for a Financial Analyst, Senior FinancialAnalyst, or Lead Financial Analyst to join our Financial Analysis team.This position will partner with Technology Services Business Office andTechnology Services management to provide budget, cost and benefit, andquantitative analysis. This position will analyze sensitive data,produce strategic reports, and make cost and value managementrecommendations within a changing business environment. We are lookingfor candidates who can compile data from various sources and present thedata as valuable information. 　　Lead only : Partner with organizational management, Rate & Fundingcommittees, technical leadership, junior staff, and the Business Officeto provide information and make recommendations for strategic decisionmaking thorough in-depth budget analysis, cost & benefit analysis andbusiness process improvement. 　　Financial Analyst Duties & Responsibilities

　　Financial Reporting

　　Contribute to ensuring accuracy in Activity Based Costing processesincluding the use of Lines of Business and Basic Product andServices Elements.Provide financial reporting and present materials in anunderstandable manner and enable timely financial operations anddecisions.Provide monthly budget facilitation, working with managers to helpthem understand their financial position.Collect and compile quarterly personnel service allocations, raisequestions, and investigate variances.Create financial reports by using various tools.Financial Analysis

　　Work with Business and Finance management and Service Managers todevelop services rates.Provide financial analysis to support Technology Services costingstructures.Regularly monitor budget, raise questions, investigate variances,and analyze trends.Service Support / Continuous Improvement

　　Analyze cost and benefit for both financial and non-financialinformation to provide recommendations and action plans to improveservice levels.Act as an advocate for Technology Services customers in financialneeds across the organization.Understand the overall processes and procedures of the organizationand make recommendations in the continual improvement of thoseprocesses and procedures, providing for management analysis andrecommendations on continuous improvement.Attend staff meetings and participate in training programs,seminars, and classes.Senior Financial Analyst Duties & Responsibilities

　　Responsible for strategic financial analysis requiring design anddistribution of reports, using various tools. Provide interpretationof data, presentation of materials in understandable manner,analys s of trends and recommendations to leadership.Responsible for service cost recovery rate calculation and rateanalysis.Assist with budget planning with senior leaders and providemonitoring and recommendations.Analyze cost and benefit for both financial and non-financialinformation to provide recommendation and action plans to improveservice levels.Provide Ad Hoc reporting, financial analysis, and recommendations.Work with Business and Finance management to develop services ratesand funding model.Provide detailed information and financial analysis to supportTechnology Services costing structures.Partner with Senior Business and Contract Specialists on IT servicesrates and funding project.Financial Reporting
