Individuals in this role work with the PMO staff and keySIC managers to effectively provide business operation services insupport of the project management efforts. Key Responsibilities: SupportPMO on project maintenance, financial transacting, SharePointadministration, Stage Gate review, and other miscellaneous PMOoperational activities. Management of departmental project forecastingand spend performance monitoring processes. Interface with corporateFinance for Asset Management, Policy adherence, and other criticalresponsibilities. Support project documentation process in alignmentwith client\'s Common Product Development (CPD) process. Responsible fortraining department resources on financial processes, CPD, and otheroperational PMO processes. Key PMO subject matter expert for operationalprocess improvement. Accountable for developing and analysis ofreporting and metrics for key PMO operational processes. This rolereports to the Sr. Manager, PMO and is located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.Qualifications: Bachelor\'s Degree Min. 2+ years of work in a structuredproject environment Solid knowledge of accounting principles ExcellentMS Excel skills and knowledge of Power BI is an advantage. Workingknowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP). Experience with ProjectSystems is a plus. Good command of English Effective interpersonalskills, capable of interacting with peers, managers, and leadership.Business partnering skills proactive, results-oriented and self-drivenin task execution.
