Job Description
Our client is looking for a Field engineer to replace the lead service lines to state regulated copper pipe lines.
Qualifications
OSHA 10 (will help obtain)
Must be a strong communicator since you're going to be speaking with homeowners daily and be on their property.
Personality is BIG
Construction experience / Interest
Bachelors in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
Responsibilities
Canvassing and surveying the area. Must go door to door and ask home owners if they can do plumbing inspection outside the home.
Will have a mobile app to carry around on a tablet with exactly what to say.
Will be doing inspection of the pipes and taking photos.
After canvassing is complete, construction begins and will be oversight and coordination with subcontractors.
This position can lead into project/program management as they have work in this area for the next 3 years with more projects currently being bid on.
