The Senior Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst will providefinancial analysis and reporting for our global business. The Analyst willwork closely with leadership to improve processes, provide insights withtimely management reporting, and make recommendations to improve businessanalyThis position will start on-site to become familiar with the business but willmove to a hybrid schedule once fully acclimated and trained.
Responsibilities
Providing monthly group management reporting and analysis to executiveleadership, including review of actual results against comparatives andtranslating data into valuable analytical informationContribute to monthly business reviews for executive leadership andcommunicate key messages for business stakeholders and senior leadershipDevelop dashboards that highlight trends in key performance indicators andempower decision makers to act quicklyConsolidate analysis completed by regional FP&A groups into onecomprehensive group management report the businessUtilize monthly reporting analysis and institutional knowledge to drive moreinsightful and accurate budgets and forecastsContribute to continuous improvement of business intelligence tools includingJD Edwards, Hyperion, and CognosA catalyst to improve business processesShows the ability to course-correct when projects or discussions are wanderingor not expected to achieve a desired outcomeImprove / create consolidated management reporting package for the businessKey contributor to financial analysis for long-term strategic plans and otherinvestment opportunities
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years experience in Accounting and FinanceExperience with variance analysis, working with leadership on financialdecisions, guidance and adviceDegree in Accounting or Finance*This position could be offered at different levels for candidates who qualifywith a combination of advanced levels of education and/or years ofexperience. The salary range of $100,000-105,000/year will adjustalong with the level of the role to match the person's relevant experienceand/or education level.
