This position will complete and present moderately complex analysis for assigned Brand(s), as well as be responsible for monthly, quarterly, and yearly analysis, forecasting, and financial reporting. This role requires a strong cross functional partnership focus and will support a variety of business unit contacts as well as the finance department. Other responsibilities may include month end close, managing innovation product financials, and marketing expense management.
Assist in pro-forma P&L modeling and innovation product financials in coordination with commercialization project teams. Communicate risks and opportunities to improve project financial projections through specific and actionable guidance.
Prepare financial analysis for leadership/business partners including explanation of variances to forecast, plan, and prior periods and other ad-hoc analysis as requested.
Perform month end close responsibilities including assisting with preparation of journal entries through analysis, research, and discussions with business partners. Ensure active management of marketing spend aligned with Brand strategy and budget.
Prepare ad-hoc reports and potential assignment to special studies/teams to assist management in evaluating key opportunities for the company.
Provide as needed support to Commercial FP&A Manager and participate in finance wide projects depending on business needs.
In addition to the responsibilities listed above, other duties may be assigned by your supervisor, as dictated by business necessity.
