Basic Job Functions:
The Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing the leadership team with timely and accurate financial information and insights. Your role will involve assisting in the creation and administration of forecasts and operating plans, developing solutions to enhance reporting and analysis of both financial and non-financial metrics, and assisting the accounting team in the administration of sales incentive and commission plans.
This position requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or direct related work experience
3+ years of accounting/finance experience in a similar role
Advanced Excel skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft D365 or similar ERP system
Experience with Power BI or other data analytics software
