Robert Half is seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join a thriving Real Estate Property/Facilities Mgt company. This role's primary duties will consist of implementing financial modeling on various financial products as well as measure, analyze, and forecast performance in conjunction with operating plans. You will also be required to advise management on the allocation of resources to best accomplish objectives and prepare reports for management. If you enjoy collaborating with peers in areas such as forecasting, performance reporting, and expense management, Robert Half has an exciting business partner role available. What you get to do every single day
Compile and supervise forecasting reports
Collaborate with senior executives on strategic deep dives on creating financial models and insights on topics such as: Retention forecasts, event tracking and execution, Campaign Planning & Tracking, return on investment of strategic investments, and strategic resource allocation, and prioritization
Recognize potential risks and opportunities while analyzing performance to date
Ensure business partners handle their resources by tracking monthly and quarterly performance through the comparison of actuals versus expectations
Develop monthly reports to business partners on financial results and if any actions are required
Understand and be able to explain internal and external drivers impacting performance and trending
Work closely with Accounting on the monthly and quarterly financial close processes
Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Accounting and Operations to ensure plans are executed properly
Support Area/Segment-level Bookings on a weekly, quarterly and annual basis, as well as P& L forecasting
Deliver effective Business Intelligence (BI) to provide valuable foresight and decision support
An ideal candidate should be highly flexible, comfortable with large amounts of information, and adept at managing expectations Requirements - Firm understanding of problem solving through statistical analysis or with large data sets highly preferable (such as in derivatives, structured finance, or business analytics or in a similarly demanding and analytical role)

Strong communication and social skills and able to receive criticism well
Skilled in the construction and delivery of effective presentations to audiences with wide-ranging backgrounds
Ability to simplify complex problems and build solutions
Familiarity with Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools required
Qualified in Spreadsheet and ERP system
Budget forecasting experience
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A) experience desired
Adeptness in Custom Reports
Project Budgets experience
Prepare Budgets experience
Demonstrated knowledge of Cash Flow Reports
Expertise in net asset values
Financial planning & analysis (go-to-market experience suggested)
BA/BS degree in finance or a related field
