Job Description
Develop, standardize, and improve regular analyses and reports to share business and financial insights, and support monthly /quarterly /annual forecasting and budgeting process (i.e. support MBR, QBR, AOP, etc.)Build and update dashboards, PowerPoint and other business intelligence tools by data-mining in various systemsIndependently investigate data issues and/or information given, ask pertinent questions and identify root causes, collaborate with functional business partners and system support to improve data qualityCollaborate with business partners to generate key assumptions and drivers for decision support, independently conduct ad hoc data analysis to identify business insights and observationsAnalyze the profitability of products and services, identify P&L to identify risks and opportunities, and drive actionsTranslate business inputs into financial assumptions, build and maintain forecast models to project future business trends, results, etc. covering areas including revenue, new product launch, pricing, operating expense, CAPEX etc.Develop and continually improve operating plans, financial projections, and operating forecasting process to improve quality and accuracy of information and analysis. Support commercial leadership to meet divisional finance reporting and analysis requirementsAd-hoc business performance reporting both locally and with the APJ team
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business related field8+ years experiences in FP&A or Commercial Finance rolesPrior experience in a large global company and highly matrixed organizationThorough understanding in financial accountingProficiency with data analysis, reporting and visualization tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and HyperionAnalytical thinking and problem-solving skillsKeen attention to detail and ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentHigh learning agility and desire for continuous learningGood communication and interpersonal skill with team and other stakeholdersGood written and verbal communication skills in English
