　　Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $25-$30/hour (Based on Experience)

　　Shift: Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm, Fridays are Remote

　　What’s a typical day as a Financial Analyst? You’ll be:

　　• Initiating and managing Estimate at Completion (EAC) for each project.

　　• Updating weekly with costs, Time & Expense & purchase order status and billing.

　　• Leading weekly Estimate at Completion (EAC) calls; coordinating with project and site managers.

　　• Actively participating in weekly project reviews.

　　• Maintaining current manpower plan and actuals.

　　• Compiling and/or managing project and budget-related reports as requested.

　　• Managing the purchase order process for project execution through the Oracle purchasing system.

　　• Reconciling, compiling, and submitting project close-out forms and documentation.

　　• Learning and maintaining knowledge of GE systems and applications.

　　• Ensuring client expectations and service levels are being met.

　　• Acting as the primary liaison with the Client, in the absence of the Service Manager.

　　This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

　　• Have a minimum of 2-5 years' experience in a financial, purchasing, or sourcing-based position.

　　• Have advanced proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and Word.

　　• Have experience in iSupplier, CORA, Oracle, Sales Force, and PowerMax (a plus).

　　• Have a project and budget-oriented mindset.

　　• Have critical attention to detail.

　　• Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work and communicate with all levels of staff.

　　• Have proven strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

　　• Have effective oral and written communication skills.

　　• Are self-motivated and take initiative.

　　• Have the ability to apply educated judgment in budget execution.
