This full-time, salaried position reports to our Director for Academic Processes.Essential FunctionsCoordinate and monitor administrative duties.Assist in the development of unit policies and procedures.Monitor the financial status of unit programs and other budget allocations.Implement policies to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.Prepare reports.May coordinate personnel functions for an operating unit at less than 25% of duties.Perform related duties based on departmental need. This job description can be changed at any time.Required EducationBachelor's Degree must be in accounting or related field.Four (4) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.Required ExperienceRelated finance or accounting experience.Additional Qualifications ConsideredExperience with overseeing budgets.Strong organization and time management skills.Knowledge and experience with scholarship processes (criteria, application, reviewing applications, etc.).Knowledge and experience with UC Systems, such as: SAP, Concur, Catalyst and CaRT.Microsoft Suite, especially Excel.Physical Requirements/Work EnvironmentOffice environment/no specific unusual physical or environmental demands.Compensation and BenefitsUC offers a wide array of complementary and affordable benefit options, to meet the financial, educational, health, and wellness needs of you and your family.
