  Financial Accounting Analyst Sr

  Location: Indianapolis, IN., Mason, OH. , Cerritos, CA., Norfolk, VA.

  Financial Accounting Analyst Sr is responsible for providing technical leadership and setting strategic direction of projects.

  How You Will Make an Impact

  Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  Manages close processes, related analysis and reporting.

  May lead teams of associates.

  Reviews and approves journal entries and reconciliations.

  Prepares and reviews monthly and quarterly financial reports and complex analysis.

  Designs research plans for data gathering and analysis and manages projects to deadlines.

  Responsible for initiation and resolution of complex accounting problems requiring technical expertise.

  Mentors, trains, and coaches lower level accountants.

  Minimum Requirements:

  Requires BA/BS in Accounting or Finance, or related field; 5 years experience in general accounting, finance or budgeting and planning in a large for profit organization; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

  CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.

  Lease accounting & ASC842 guidance knowledge preferred.

  For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $71,600 to $102,925.
