　　The role

　　Within CKO, we're transforming the way our financial platform operates. As our business grows in scale and complexity, we seek an additional resource to support integrations across our finance ecosystem. In this ecosystem, the platforms included are Boomi, Coupa and Workday Financials.

　　To make this successful, we need a London-based Technical Integrations Lead to join our Finance Support team to coordinate and drive the support of existing integrations but also feed into the development of new integrations and automation. The Technical Integrations Lead will work closely with the whole range of Finance and Transformation teams to understand the platform architecture integration points and business needs.

　　We already have a strong Workday Financials team. Thus, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with Boomi/ Coupa ex-consultant experience looking to expand their technical integration knowledge into Workday.

　　How you’ll make an impact

　　Specific to Boomi:

　　Manage the Boomi platform architecture and integration pointsSupport and develop complex scripts (Java or Groovy scripts), processes/subprocesses interdependencies and scheduled data jobs.Deploying the code to various instances.Troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis.Maintain process documentation and workflows. Specific to Coupa:

　　Maintain Coupa configuration, including creating or maintaining user roles, process forms, and creating forms and reports.Support existing Coupa integrations and create new future integrations.Maintain process documentation and workflows. Specific to Workday:

　　Translate business requirements and support by creating automation whenever possible by creating new integrations.Design, build and support integrations of all types, incl. Studio All systems:

　　Carry out security Audits and product release management for all systems.You'll work closely with finance teams to understand the daily BAU activities.Provide advice and support to the Senior Finance Systems Manager on all financial processes and procedures.You'll also support other Transformation projects to deliver on the Finance Transformation agenda.Managing on-call support for outage incidents and providing regular updates to affected stakeholders and business owners Qualifications What we’re looking for

　　Experience with Boomi and Coupa implementations and are certified with at least two end to end implementations.Strong understanding of Boomi platform architecture and integration points. Strong knowledge of the Boomi Administration.Hands-on experience working with ERP software and complex integration ecosystems.Knowledge of Boomi Process building, development and a good understanding of various data formats XML, JSON, CSV, and Database is an add-on.A good understanding of Finance procedures. Understanding of control environments well, which can be used to provide evidential standards.Thorough understanding of REST, SOAP, Web services and API communication protocols S/FTP/S, /HTTP/S, FIle I/O etc. Understanding of ITGCs and how these can be set up and maintained for SaaS systems.Hands-on experience in troubleshooting Workday, Coupa, HTTP and SFTP connectors/listeners, database connectors and Web services connectors.Willingness to learn in-depth Workday Integrations and Workday Studio.  Ability to translate technical language to Finance and Finance language to product & tech teams, bringing clarity and alignment.Willingness to learn and support existing Workday integrations.You are proactive and autonomous, able to identify issues independently and drive creative solutions in a complex, dependency-heavy environment.You have the ability to convey ideas and recommendations in a clear, compelling, and succinct way in written and verbal communications, effectively influencing a wide variety of audiences.You have a natural and authentic ability to engage and work in collaboration with people from various backgrounds and cultures.
