　　Minimum Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field and 1 year related experience.

　　Job Summary:

　　To provide transactional, budget and analytical support with minimal supervision. Coordinates special projects, presentations and provides technical expertise regarding financial activities.

　　Job Duties:

　　Responsibilities include all elements of vendor onboarding, as follows:

　　Providing excellent customer support and issue resolution for vendors and department initiators throughout the onboarding process

　　Sending PaymentWorks invites to existing and prospective UTMB vendors

　　Working with department initiators and vendors to ensure successful vendor onboarding and management of vendor details within PeopleSoft

　　Approving or rejecting vendor applications; and pushing back applications when additional details or changes in payment options are required;

　　Connecting Vendors within PaymentWorks and ensuring all PaymentWorks application data aligns with vendor data within the PeopleSoft FMS system

　　Respond to queries received from the Supplier Management Inbox

　　Log cases with PaymentWorks when escalations or review are needed

　　Prepare reports and ad hoc analysis for management.

　　Ensures compliance with all UTMB policies and procedures

　　Performs other treasury department duties as required.

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　Three years relevant financial experience.

　　Work Schedule:

　　Partial remote, must be available to attend onsite meetings and trainings upon request.

　　Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm and as needed on occasion.

　　Salary Range:

　　Actual salary commensurate with experience.
