Job Description
The Precision Guidance and Sensing Solutions (PGSS) Product Line is seeking a Finance Manager, Program Control to support the Strategic Missiles portfolio. This candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate program financial analysis for all programs within the assigned program area. This includes external & internal reporting, proposal support, leading program Estimates at Complete (EACs), managing cash flow, supporting quarterly business reviews, and leading the Integrated Business Plan for assigned programs. This individual will be a team leader and develop relationships as a full business partner with cross functional program teams, support the business area strategy and provide financial data and analysis for decision-making. This individual will also be a people manager with at least one direct report on staff.
This role will be conducted in a hybrid work format , with the individual splitting time between on-site & remote. The role will be based out of our 65 Spit Brook Rd., Nashua, NH offices .

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor s degree and 6 years of work experience or equivalent experience; alternatively, a master s degree and 4 years of work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
Demonstrated problem solving and in-depth analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate and present financial data to other functions in an accurate, concise, and understandable manner
Strong interpersonal skills to influence diverse work teams
Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast paced environment
Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures
Pursuant to a specific US Government contract, selected individual must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, ProPricer, Cobra, and iPortal
Experience with project forecasting and analysis, particularly in a US Defense environment
Experience in program finance and/or other finance functional disciplines
Experience with proposals
Understanding and knowledge industry practices and standards as well as company policies
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $96470 - $164010
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
