　　MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

　　Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, or closely related field.Five (5) years of progressively responsible accounting experience including three (3) years of program management and supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential duties of the position.Payroll processing, contract administration and procurement experience.Government or public sector finance experience, preferred.Must possess and maintain a valid Washington State driver's license.
