　　Job Description

　　Job Summary:

　　Ensuring adequate control over financial accounts and reporting; ensure compliance with internal policies as well as external regulations (SOX, tax, etc.)., ensure effective administration of office and personnel

　　Detailed Description:

　　60% - Management of all accounts

　　10% - Financial and Tax Reporting

　　10% - Regulatory Compliance (SOX, customs, Health & Security)

　　15% - HR & Payroll

　　5% - Office Management (contracts, supplies)

　　Requirements:

　　Certified accountant with minimum 3-5 years working experience in international company; relevant experience as primary contact person for external stakeholders (e.g. tax authorities, customs)

　　Accurate, reliable and adaptive team-player with hands-on mentality; characterized by a positive and communicative personality; very good English skills

　　Adequate working experience with standard ERP software (ideally SAP); good skills in Microsoft Office (esp. Excel)
