　　The Finance Business Partner will work with regional leadership to provide data and analysis that drives business decisions. Projects will include implementations and advanced analysis of assigned programs. You will interface with operations and contribute an advanced knowledge of GAAP to our team. As a Finance Business Partner, you should have superior organizational skills and be able to build relationships and work well within all levels of the organization. This key position will also have opportunity to work in other areas of our growing finance department such as Merger/Acquisitions.

　　Duties and Responsibilities:

　　Partner with operations, analyzing assigned regions and driving monthly and annual forecasting and budgeting processesResearch and guide proper GAAP accounting treatment for new programsReview monthly financials for assigned area, collaborating with general ledger team on questions/corrections needed before closePresent and report to stakeholders; provide recommendations to Finance and Operational leadership on process improvementLead other major financial related projects in areas such as software implementations and financial management of new programs.Provide insight - use business data to assess the existing decisions and identify areas for improvementInfluence and impact - help regional leaders understand and consider the broader financial implications of decisionsWhat you will bring:

　　Education and Experience:

　　Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting required.At least 5 years progressive experience in the finance/accounting field.Experience with mergers/acquisitions and large organizations a plus.What we offer:
