　　SAPs Global Finance Shared Services organization (GFSS) is a business unit with 1,200 employees delivering end-to-end finance operations from a set of vibrant and multicultural locations around the globe: Buenos Aires, Dublin, Manila and Prague.

　　What you'll do

　　As a Procurement Operations Associate you will support purchasing processes and act as a support center for strategic and local purchasing as well as act as the interface to Finance & Accounting.

　　Day-to-day tasks include:

　　Purchase orders management and processing

　　Workflow editing

　　Vendor master management

　　Support of rollout projects

　　End-user support

　　Supplier communication and support (Helpdesk via email and live-chat)

　　Communication with purchasing and accounting departments

　　No previous procurement experience is required as full training will be provided. We are looking for candidates who deliver quality work and continuously seek to improve their skills and efficiency.
