R1 Launch - Corporate Finance Program

　　As an R1 Launch Associate specializing in Finance, you will build reports and analyze financial data to make business decisions, ultimately enhancing the healthcare experience for hundreds of thousands of patients across the country.

　　The R1 Launch Program cares about investing in the next generation of leaders. Through this program, we are preparing our R1 Launch Associates to enter the industry with the tools to succeed and advance at R1 focusing on making healthcare simpler. The intent of these rotations is to provide you with broader exposure to the various roles available so that you can better understand where your skills and interests align, and ultimately support a final placement in a permanent role.  

　　Rotations May Include:

　　Financial Planning & Analysis

　　Accounting

　　Investor Relations

　　Internal Audit

　　Program Start Date: August 2024

　　Our 12-month rotational program will provide unique experiences that will allow you to explore, connect, and thrive in your career. Through program rotations, you will interact with leaders across the company, collaborate on projects, and acquire an understanding of the complex facets of human resources within the healthcare field.

　　Required Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with strong academic achievement

　　Permanent US work authorization

　　Analytical Skills – Proficient in Excel and able to understand data trends

　　Previous professional experience through internships, and/or on/off campus jobs

　　For this US-based position, the base pay range is $50,000.00 - $74,184.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
