Task & Responsibilities:

　　Coordinate Accounts payable/Account receivable month-end/year-end closing activities with shared service center.

　　Coordinate Fixed Assets management and vendor master maintenance with shared service center.

　　Support treasury affairs with shared service center.

　　Handle Employee Welfare Committee books and records.

　　Ad hoc task and project support/ perform other work-related duties as assigned.

　　Requirements:

　　Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

　　2 years or above experience.

　　Pharmaceutical / Healthcare related industry experience is a plus.

　　CPA firm experience is a plus.

　　Good understanding of accounting processes and principles.

　　Advanced Microsoft Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint & experience with SAP and Business Intelligence tool.

　　Good communication skills, well self-organized, able to work both independently and as part of a team.

　　Good command of English in both writing and speaking.
