OurHenderson mine and mill are an hour's drive apart - separated by theContinental Divide and a 15-mile conveyor system (10 miles isunderground). The Henderson mine is about 50 miles west of Denver and 10miles west of Empire, and the mill is located between Dillon and Kremmling.

　　Description:Highly skilled mechanic who safely perform diagnostic, maintenance andrepair of pump systems and associated equipment.

　　Troubleshoot and perform the removal, repair and installation of pumps,pipelines, fire water systems, interceptor wells, potable watersystems, hydraulic systems and their associated parts.Perform mechanical and lubrication preventative maintenance on pumpingsystems by checking bearings "grease and purge", motor temp, couplingtemp, adjusting packing, checking for visual and vibration signs ofbreakdown ePrioritize and make decisions regarding equipment repair as needed.Responsible for maintaining work orders and performing work areainspections.Train and mentor other employees.Perform advanced welding (Stick, Mig, Intershield, Drisco Fusion)and fabrication of brackets, headers and other related components.May operate equipment such as: trucks, bobcats, forklifts, mobilecranes, backhoes, loaders, road graders, and small mobile equipment.Act as a Fill-in Supervisor as required.Minimum Requirements include but are not limited to:

　　Two (2) years' experience in mechanical/maintenance crafts(including welder, boilermaker, machinist or facilitymaintenance/construction) or a combination of education and experience inindustrial mechanical repair and maintenance.Must have completed academic and practical competencies required (thisincludes Line of Progression requirements for internal employees where LOPExists) and have experience demonstrating the required mechanical aptitude.Valid Driver's LicenseAbility to understand and apply verbal and written work and safety-relatedinstructions and procedures in EnglishAbility to communicate in English with respect to job assignments, jobprocedures, and applicable safety standardsKnowledge of APP inspectionsAbility to prioritize repairs and possess excellent decision-making skillsAbility to troubleshoot machine systemsAbility to work and effectively communicate with others in a teamenvironmentMust be proficient in multiple types of welding, fabrication and layoutKnowledge of blue stake processAbility to install bearingsDemonstrate safety as a core valuePreferred Qualifications:
