Observe andperform tasks outlined in the maintenance log for furnished models andmove-in ready homes. Execute warranty requests from Customer CareRepresentatives as part of Field Technicians\' responsibilities &duties. Perform and complete pre-move-in clean. Clean roads, sidewalks,curbs, and gutters in all neighborhoods. Deliver, replace, and removedehumidifiers in our homes. Performing troubleshooting and repair onsmall engine machinery. Power washing homes Installing cluster mailboxunits The successful candidate will be highly organized andself-motivated with the ability to work independently. A current WIdriver\'s license (in good standing), along with five years of provengood driving history. Candidates must be able to lift up to 100poundsrepeatedly and be able to work in severe weather conditions; bothhot and cold.
