Job Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair petroleum equipment, such as pumps, tanks, monitors, gauges, and meter readouts.
Conduct routine maintenance and service checks on petroleum equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
Perform on-site inspections and assessments to evaluate the condition of equipment and identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions and recommendations.
Utilize specialized tools, diagnostic equipment, and manuals to identify and resolve technical problems efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and time spent on each job.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety guidelines, while working independently or as part of a team.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or relevant vocational training preferred.
Proven experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and servicing automotive, electronic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
Knowledge of petroleum equipment and products, including pumps, tanks, monitors, gauges, and meter readouts.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
Familiarity with specialized tools, diagnostic equipment, and manuals used in the petroleum industry.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize and complete service requests within established timelines.
Effective communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and provide clear explanations of service procedures and recommendations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
