　　As a Field Service Engineer, the ideal candidate will be living near an international airport in Germany, enabling efficient travel to various locations. Your pivotal role involves providing exceptional service and maintenance for our additive metal printing systems, including Laser Machines. Here's what you can expect:

　　System Installation and Maintenance: Responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing our cutting-edge additive metal printing systems to ensure optimal functionality.

　　Detailed Documentation: Precision in documentation is crucial; you'll meticulously record service requirements as per specifications and efficiently manage customer cases through our service CRM.

　　Customer Empowerment: Guide and support customers in effectively utilizing our additive metal printing systems, providing expert advice and assistance.

　　Emergency Response and Preventive Care: Proactive and reactive maintenance to ensure uninterrupted operations and prompt emergency response for our clients.

　　Operational Excellence: Conduct systematic system checks, adhere to defined operational frameworks, and report any deviations from machine installations and operations.

　　Customer-Centric Approach: Foster strong customer relationships, delivering tailored solutions and exceptional service to ensure utmost satisfaction.

　　Required Qualifications
