　　Member performing daily customer service activities, interacting with customers and field team members.

　　Job Description

　　Field service engineer for CA Service. Required knowledge on controls / VFD

　　Manages and maintains effective communications with customers and field team members to communicate support issues and objectives and ensure proper functioning of team.

　　Communicates with customers and field team members with a high degree of tact and courtesy, building good rapport.

　　Develops diverse product knowledge and contributes to diagnostic procedures.

　　Analyzes and interprets test information to resolve simple design/system related problems.

　　Minimum Requirements

　　Requires theoretical knowledge obtained through a University degree

　　Limited to some knowledge of Carrier organization

　　University Degree or equivalent

　　Less than 3 years prior relevant experience
