  As Field Service Engineer you will be responsible for meeting the daily service repair needs on customers' equipment in Barcelona region and any other Spanish region, where there are lines of product of your responsibility.

  What you’ll do

  Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area

  Troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, validation and service repair needs on designated equipment in GMP environment

  Completing Preventative Maintenance and Field Modification Instruction

  Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times

  Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner

  Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction

  Maintaining tools and test equipment properly and ensuring they are calibrated

  Managing vendors’ service delivery processes in compliance with Cytiva policies

  Travel is required (several overnight stays a week).

  Who you are

  You live in Barcelona region or you are available to move there

  You own a university's degree in Biomedical or Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or higher degree training cycle

  Either experience diagnosing, repairing mechanical, electromechanical, electronic equipment, OR hands-on experience as Laboratory Technician

  Fluent Spanish and good level of English, in written and spoken

  Availability to travel on daily basis to reach customers in Barcelona and other regions, as well as to attend trainings

  It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  Biopharma or Biotechnologies environment

  Maintenance related to computers (Windows OS, PC, server), networks and databases
