A Field Sales Manager job in Colorado is available at Ste. Michelle WineEstates (SMWE). At least 3 years of experience as Senior Key AccountManager including previous leadership experience is required for thisposition. In this role, you will plan, organize and direct the company'sstrategic business plans leveraging your sales team and customers in assignedterritory to achieve sales and marketing objectives. Michelle Wine Estates to sales team members andcustomers. Direct the execution of the company's strategic business plansthrough assigned distributor sales team.Manage company business and case sales within the budgetary guidelines to helpmeet regional profit and contribution objectives.Work in conjunction with distributor field sales teams to execute corporateplan.Work directly with State Manager to implement monthly plans, goals, quotasand new item roll outs.Position Requirements:4 Year College Degree required.At least 3 years of experience as Senior Key Account Manager.4-5 years of Alcohol Beverage Experience.Ability to travel, primarily within assigned sales territory (80%).Knowledge of key trade account buyers buying and promotional practices andoperational procedures.Prior pricing experience.Experienced verbal and written presentation skills.History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as wellas fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/orlocal regulatory bodies.Your Compensation:$103,272 - $134,264/yr. based upon relevant experience.At Ste.
