  Skanska Integrated Solutions (SIS)

  Skanska provides construction project management consulting services through our in-house group known as Skanska Integrated Solutions (SIS). With a 30-year track record of success, SIS functions as an “extension of staff” and is a trusted advisor to its clients. As your partner and advocate at every step, we enable you to maintain direct control over your project allowing you to stay focused on the day-to-day responsibilities of running your facilities. Skanska’s construction and project delivery expertise translates directly into maximum savings and quality.

  The Field Representative - SIS is responsible for field operations on the project(s) assigned in order to achieve timely and profitable completion of each project for the Owner. The Field Representative oversees the construction contractor’s field labor force. This position must demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as have strong communication and client service skills.

  Field Representative - SIS Required Qualifications:

  Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Microsoft Office products

  Broad understanding of industry

  Familiarity with requirements of drawings and specifications and with terms and conditions of Project Contracts,

  Subcontracts and Purchase Orders

  Strong understanding of construction means and methods on a variety of building types
