  Summary

  The Field Recruiter will manage the full life cycle recruiting process for positions at our Wheeler Ridge, CA locations and other California locations as needed. The recruiter will partner closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and execute recruiting strategies. This includes finding suitable candidates, conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and assisting with the onboarding and orientation process. This individual primarily recruits for the Hospitality division, however, they may also assist other lines of business within the company, such as Truck Service, ensuring that all hiring aligns with the company's values and the overall "One TA" philosophy.

  Duties and Responsibilities

  Manage the full life cycle recruiting process for the designated locations. Will assist with onboarding and orientation as well.

  Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and documentation.

  Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment, including equal employment opportunity and affirmative action.

  Provide regular reports and updates on recruitment activities and metrics.

  Collaborate with stakeholders and hiring managers to continually improve the recruitment and selection processes.

  Assist with employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.

  Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

  Utilize online recruitment platforms, such as Indeed, LinkedIn and other job boards, to identify and attract candidates.

  Continuously research and explore new talent sources and recruitment strategies to ensure a diverse and qualified candidate pool.

  Assist in the training process for new hiring managers, ensuring they have a solid understanding of the recruiting process and best practices.

  Performs other duties and special projects as required.

  Qualifications

  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

  2+ years’ recruiting experience preferred.

  Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  Ability to work independently and take initiative.

  Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  Computer proficiency with emphasis on Windows and Office 365 products.

  Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases

  Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  Must be able to work a hybrid schedule which includes onsite and occasional work from home.

  $55,000.00 - 65,000.00 annually - A pay range listed reflects the potential pay for this role. The

  pay will depend on various factors, such as responsibilities of the position,

  job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Not all

  positions posted will have a pay range listed.

  Working Conditions / Physical Requirements

  In this role, the employee is continuously sitting and typing, frequently talking and using eye and hand coordination and may also be required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to lift and/or move objects. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
