About Field Marketing Manager II

  Job Description

  The Field Marketing Manager II is responsible for supporting Aramark?s clients with product innovation, merchandising and promotions.? This role serves as a liaison between Aramark?s Marketing team and client?s account locations, ensuring that client and consumers? needs are met, while adhering to Aramark standards.

  Job Responsibilities

  Conducts Marketing Research and Data collection: Focus groups, surveying, campus mapping, trend development/research, competitive pricing analysisStrategic Planning, Innovation and Creativity: Develop Marketing Plans; new strategies and tactics for promoting existing or new locations to enhance sales and customer satisfactionSales Support: Develop and execute annual campaigns, including oral and written presentations, to various target groups. Support Business Development with Request For Proposal (RFP) responses, sales presentations and Client Business Reviews (CBRs)Marketing: Coordinate special events, promotions, marketing collateral, media interaction, public relations, website updates, social media marketingBuild Relationships with clients, organization department heads and subgroups/ community groups

  Qualifications

  Requires at least 3 years of product, marketing and / or merchandising experienceRequires people management experience for at least 2-3 direct reportsRequires a bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience in business or marketingA proven ability to increase sales and measure the impact/return on investment on implementation of programsA demonstrated ability to be proactive and assertive in identifying and capturing growth opportunities, as well as thinking creatively and strategicallyMust have excellent interpersonal skills including presentation, public speaking and client interaction skillsMust be able to efficiently utilize social media and MS Office products to accomplish work tasksValid driver?s license and vehicle
