　　Overview

　　The Field Director Compliance will report to the Senior Director Field Compliance. This position is responsible for traveling to division programs to perform comprehensive compliance audits. Performs and documents internal investigations and audits of the hospice division programs. This role will also inform upline management of trends and makes recommendations for improved patient outcomes and mitigation of risk to the Company.

　　About You

　　Clinical experience in area or specialty and clinical management and operations

　　Knowledge of hospice local/state/federal regulatory requirements and accreditation standards

　　Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to design and implement effective change programs Monitor the company compliance plan

　　Demonstrated facilitation, communication, and presentation skills

　　Knowledge of healthcare regulatory requirements

　　Proven ability to develop and implement strategies and plans to achieve goals, including ability to multi-task and set priorities appropriately

　　Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred

　　3 years' clinical experience in area of specialty; minimum 2 years' experience in clinical operations preferably in a healthcare setting

　　RN/PT current license
