You will build long lasting relationships with researchers working at the cutting edge of biology in fields including neuroscience, immunology, development, and more. As a solutions provider, we partner with our customers to ensure they're not only generating high quality data, but also designing their experiments in a way that will answer the questions they are asking and achieve the goals of their studies.Parse offers the most scalable and flexible single cell sequencing solution on the market. Researchers are looking for guidance on how to best use our kits in order to accelerate their biological discovery. You will be responsible for working with various research groups to make sure they are educated on how our kits work, support them as they conduct the full workflow, and be available for follow up technical questions that may be asked.In addition to customer facing discussions, you will also be responsible for communicating customer feedback to internal product teams to ensure we continue to build solutions best suited for our customers. You may also contribute to scientific presentations for technical demonstrations.TERRITORY AND TRAVELThe primary territory for this position includes New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and Pennsylvania. You can expect to be on site with customers approximately 50% of the time, and on site in our Seattle HQ 2 to 3 times per year. You will work closely with your customers to determine the optimal training format which can be virtual or on site with a duration of 1 to 3 days.
